By accessing our website at keysonwheels.com or using any of our mobile locksmith services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Keys on Wheels, including those who request automotive, residential, or commercial locksmith services.

Keys on Wheels provides mobile locksmith services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including but not limited to: • Automotive locksmith services (car key replacement, key fob programming, car lockouts, ignition repair, push-to-start programming) • Residential locksmith services (home lockouts, lock installation, rekeying, smart lock installation) • Commercial locksmith services (business lockouts, high-security locks, master key systems, access control) • Mobile key cutting services All services are performed by licensed technicians holding Texas DPS License B17854401. Service availability is subject to technician availability and geographic coverage within the DFW area.

When you request locksmith services from Keys on Wheels: • You must provide accurate information about your location, vehicle (if applicable), and the nature of the service needed. • You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or property, or have explicit authorization from the owner to request locksmith services. • You must present valid government-issued photo identification and proof of ownership (vehicle registration, title, or property deed) before services are performed. • Keys on Wheels reserves the right to refuse service if proper identification and proof of ownership cannot be provided. • Service quotes provided over the phone are estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on the actual work required upon technician assessment.

Keys on Wheels operates on a transparent pricing model: • All pricing is provided upfront before any work begins. You will receive a quote from our technician before services are performed. • Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. • Service call fees may apply for dispatching a technician to your location. • Prices may vary based on vehicle make/model, key type, time of service, and complexity of the job. • We do not charge hidden fees. The price quoted by our technician is the price you pay. • Cancellation fees may apply if a technician has been dispatched and you cancel after arrival.

Keys on Wheels stands behind the quality of our work: • We provide a warranty on parts and labor for services performed. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated by your technician. • Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts provided by Keys on Wheels. • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or pre-existing conditions. • If you experience issues with a service we performed, contact us within the warranty period and we will address the problem at no additional charge. • Warranty claims must be reported to Keys on Wheels directly at (800) 479-0979 or info@keysonwheels.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Texas law: • Keys on Wheels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. • Keys on Wheels is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles, locks, or property that is discovered during service. • We are not liable for delays in service due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

As a customer of Keys on Wheels, you agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information when requesting services. • Prove ownership or authorization for any vehicle or property before services are performed. • Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians. • Pay for services rendered as agreed upon before work begins. • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including gaining unauthorized access to vehicles or properties. • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

All content on the Keys on Wheels website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Keys on Wheels and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
